HIGHEST QUALITY AND TESTING
All oscillators we manufacture are final-calibrated using a Saunders and Associates 5400D plating computerized system. From there, the parts are baked out and sealed in a POLARIS ACCU-WELD 5000 ® microprocessor-controlled resistance welder. After being welded, the oscillators are bubble tested in order to ensure a hermetic seal. Finally all oscillators are tested using a PRA-1010 ® clock tester before being shipped.
